ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using the PSL Home Pros website (www.pslhomepros.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
PSL Home Pros (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”) is a lead generation and referral service. We connect homeowners and property owners (“Users”) with independent, licensed contractors and service providers (“Contractors”) for home improvement, remodeling, renovation, and repair projects.
IMPORTANT: PSL Home Pros is NOT a contractor. We do not perform any construction work, repairs, remodeling, or home improvement services. We are solely a referral service that facilitates introductions between homeowners and independent licensed contractors.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS
All contractors listed on or referred through PSL Home Pros are independent third-party businesses. Each contractor is solely responsible for:
Obtaining and maintaining all necessary state and local licenses required by law
Obtaining and maintaining appropriate insurance coverage
Performing work in compliance with all applicable laws and building codes
The quality and timeliness of their work
Any warranties or guarantees on their services
Their own business practices, pricing, and terms
PSL Home Pros does not:
Supervise, direct, manage, or control any contractor’s work
Guarantee the quality, performance, or timeliness of any contractor’s services
Provide licensing verification, background checks, or quality assurance beyond what is publicly available
Enter into contracts on behalf of contractors
Perform or assist in performing any construction work
NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE
PSL Home Pros provides referral services on an “AS IS” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
The licensing status, qualifications, or reliability of any referred contractor
The quality, performance, or timeliness of any contractor’s work
The accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any contractor for your specific project
That contractors will complete work as promised or within estimated timeframes
That any contractor will comply with applicable laws or building codes
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
When using PSL Home Pros services, you agree to:
Verify that any contractor you hire is properly licensed in Florida for the type of work being performed
Review contractor credentials, insurance coverage, and references independently
Negotiate and agree upon all terms, pricing, and conditions directly with the contractor
Read and understand all contractor proposals, estimates, and contracts before signing
Report any fraud, misrepresentation, or violations of law to the appropriate authorities
You acknowledge that selecting a contractor is your sole responsibility, and PSL Home Pros makes no recommendations or endorsements of any specific contractor.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PSL HOME PROS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Any damages, losses, or expenses arising from any contractor’s work or services
Any injuries, property damage, or other harm resulting from any contractor’s actions or negligence
Any disputes between you and any contractor
Any failure by a contractor to complete work, honor warranties, or comply with applicable laws
Any financial loss or economic damage related to any referral or contractor relationship
Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
This limitation applies even if PSL Home Pros has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PSL Home Pros and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
Your use of our referral services
Your interactions with any referred contractor
Any disputes with a contractor
Your violation of these Terms of Service
Any injuries or property damage resulting from any contractor’s work
CONSUMER CONTACT INFORMATION
When you contact PSL Home Pros for a referral, we collect personal information including your name, phone number, email address, and project details. By providing this information, you consent to:
PSL Home Pros sharing your contact information with independent contractors matched to your project
Contractors contacting you directly to provide estimates and discuss project details
Receiving communications from referred contractors
You may opt out of future communications by contacting us via email.
COMPENSATION AND AFFILIATE RELATIONSHIPS
PSL Home Pros may receive compensation, referral fees, or other consideration from contractors for successful referrals. This compensation does not increase the cost to you. Contractors set their own pricing independently.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND CONTENT
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. PSL Home Pros is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites. Your use of third-party websites is governed by their own terms and policies.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from your use of PSL Home Pros services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. You agree that any legal action or proceeding must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Lucie County, Florida.
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
